Chess Oasis
Chess Oasis
An adjustable-height memory foam pillow with removable layers - set the loft that suits your sleep, then leave the rest of the room quiet.
What you are buying
One pillow. Three layers. Your loft.
Chess Oasis sells the BLACKROLL Recovery Pillow Plus with delivery across Europe. The pillow ships as a modular stack: an ergonomic layer, an adjustment layer, and a base layer. You keep the combination that feels right for side, back, or stomach sleep and leave the spare layer in the travel bag.

How adjustable height works
Add a layer. Remove a layer. Sleep on the result.
Many pillows force one fixed loft. This one lets you change the stack. A flatter combination suits stomach and some back sleepers. A taller stack suits many side sleepers who want more fill under the neck line. You can rotate and flip layers as the brand documents - the point is that loft is a setting, not a guess you live with forever.
On Chess Oasis we show the layers clearly in photography, then send you to the order desk when you are ready. There is no countdown timer, no invented stock warning, and no fake review carousel.
Materials and care
Foam you can open. A cover you can wash.
The foam cores are polyurethane memory foam with ventilation channels. The outer pillowcase is a soft textile blend designed for home washing at up to 40°C. The foam itself is not machine-washed - you air the layers and wash the cover. That split keeps the adjustable stack intact while still letting you refresh the surface that touches your face.
A travel bag is included so you can compress the stack for weekends away without inventing a second pillow. When you unpack at home, give the foam a short rest to regain loft before you judge the height.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class 1 is listed by the manufacturer for this model. Chess Oasis does not invent extra certificates beyond what the product listing supports.
Who this shop is for
Adults who want loft control without a showroom script
Chess Oasis is for people who already know that pillow height matters and would rather tune it at home than guess from a folded display. It is also for households that share a bed but not a loft preference - keep the spare layer labelled and swap when the guest room turns into a second sleep style.
It is not a clinic. We do not diagnose snoring, neck conditions, or sleep disorders. We sell a modular pillow with clear dimensions, clear price, and clear PayPal checkout operated by CUSHION PTY LTD in Canberra.
If you prefer a fixed one-piece pillow, or you need a medical-grade device prescribed for a specific condition, this listing is not trying to replace that path. Choose what matches your actual need.

A quieter way to buy a pillow online
Retail sleep pages often stack urgency, star aggregates, and medical promises. Chess Oasis keeps the page closer to a product leaflet: photographs of the object, a layer diagram, materials, care, seller identity, and a single price. The conversion path is deliberate - Home or Product to Order - with returns explained under Australian Consumer Law on their own page.
Support is email-only at support@chessoasis.com. We do not publish a phone number. Include your PayPal reference when you write about an existing order so we can match the parcel quickly.

Unpacking day, without the theatre
When the parcel arrives, open it on a clean surface. Confirm the cover, the three foam layers, and the travel bag. Give the foam time to recover shape if it travelled compressed. Do not judge loft in the first ten minutes - memory foam needs a short rest at room temperature.
Wash the cover before first use if you prefer a freshly laundered surface. Reassemble the stack you plan to try first. Keep the spare layer labelled in the bag so you are not guessing which piece is the adjustment layer at midnight.
If anything is missing or damaged, photograph the carton and contents and email support@chessoasis.com with your PayPal reference before you discard packaging. That single habit resolves most parcel disputes quickly.
What Chess Oasis will not do
We will not invent a stock countdown. We will not publish fabricated five-star quotes. We will not promise overnight delivery to every postcode. We will not claim the pillow treats medical conditions. Those omissions are deliberate. The product is strong enough to stand as a modular comfort object with a clear price.
We will show real photographs of the pillow and its layers, state the VAT-inclusive euro price, name the legal seller, and route payment through PayPal. That is the commercial honesty bar for this shop.
Why Canberra matters on the invoice
CUSHION PTY LTD is GST registered and based in Canberra ACT 2600. Your invoice and PayPal payment belong to that company, not to a foreign marketplace account wearing a borrowed brand theme. If you need an ABN for your records, it is 35 652 674 023. If you need support, it is support@chessoasis.com.
Street-level addresses beyond the city and postcode are not published on this site. That is intentional. Email remains the channel for parcel and privacy questions.
Reading the loft range honestly
Manufacturer materials describe height options from about 6 cm to 13 cm across combinations. Exact millimetres can vary slightly with foam settle and cover tension. Treat the range as a practical guide for choosing stacks, not as a laboratory measurement you must verify with callipers on day one.
Your mattress firmness changes how loft feels. A soft mattress lets the shoulder sink and may want a taller stack for side sleep. A firm mattress may need less. Adjustable layers exist precisely because mattresses differ.
