What we collect
When you order, we collect name, email, phone, and European delivery address so we can fulfil the parcel and communicate about the order. Payment card data is handled by PayPal - we do not collect card numbers on this site. Messages you type in the contact form stay in your browser for validation; we ask you to email support@chessoasis.com when you need a reply.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve site reliability. We do not sell personal information.
