The Recovery Pillow Plus is the larger, height-adjustable comfort version in the BLACKROLL pillow range. It arrives configured for a mid loft; the adjustment layer travels in the bag so you can add or remove height after you try the first night.

Layer guide
Lowest loft. Suits sleepers who prefer a very flat surface.
Medium-low loft for lighter frames or stomach/back preferences.
A balanced everyday stack for many sleepers.
All three layers together suit side sleepers who want maximum height under the neck line. These are comfort descriptions, not clinical prescriptions. Try one stack for a few nights before you decide the loft is wrong - foam needs a short settle after unpacking.
Wash the pillowcase on a gentle cycle at up to 40°C and let it dry fully before you reassemble the stack. Do not machine-wash the foam layers. Spot-clean the foam only if needed and air thoroughly. Store the spare layer in the travel bag so it stays clean between swaps.
On arrival, open the parcel the same day when you can. Confirm all layers and the cover are present. Photograph anything missing and email support@chessoasis.com with your PayPal reference before you discard packaging.

Side sleepers often want more height so the neck stays roughly level with the spine on their mattress. Back sleepers often prefer a medium loft. Stomach sleepers often prefer a lower plane. These are common comfort patterns, not medical rules. Your shoulders, pillow preference history, and mattress all matter more than a chart.
Because this pillow lets you change layers, you can start mid and move up or down. That is preferable to buying three fixed pillows and returning two. Chess Oasis will not claim the pillow cures snoring or heals injuries. If you have a diagnosed condition, ask a clinician which loft and firmness families are appropriate for you.
